Sam and Renee are both incredible. We had a short timeline and tight budget, and our dream home in the Mission seemed out of reach, but their high-touch approach (especially for two new homebuyers looking for a TIC) and experienced strategy (especially in a market as weird as this one) were key to making our dream home happen. Partner and I can't imagine selling our complicated, funky old house in Glen Park without the expert assistance from Renee and Sam. The house needed a lot of prep work for the sale. A low-cost loan program from Compass, paid out of escrow, simplified the process so that we didn't need to raid our retirement accounts. Renee and Sam managed an array of contractors, painters, gardeners, junk haulers, staging, and marketing, and even movers. They are experienced, energetic, and responsive. The whole process was seamless -- despite sudden market turmoil caused by the uncertainties of the current administration's radical politics and economics. We are now settled into our dream retirement home in Sonoma County. Despite not being our buyer's agents up here, Renee and Sam even coached us for negotiating the purchase.
