As the five stars indicate, Renee Gonsalves is as good as it gets. Wait a minute, she goes way over and above that! Before listing my house for sale, we developed a strategy to take it through the entire process. I admit that I was slow, indecisive, and downright scared. My house was the first I ever bought, I had it for 27 years, and was completely ignorant of the process. Renee showed immeasurable patience, provided hand holding when I needed it, and got my house and me right through to a smooth sale, Her recommendations on upgrading and staging were right on. She negotiated the sale in such a way as to garner way over the asking price.
